Careers at DevPayr

Work with a team that actually understands client stress.

DevPayr was born from real “client-did-not-pay” stories. We’re building tools that quietly protect the work of developers, designers, and teams — without drama. If that sounds like something you care about, you’ll probably enjoy working with us.

How we like to work

We care more about how you think, how you communicate, and how you treat people than how shiny your CV looks. We ship in small, clear steps, talk like humans, and avoid unnecessary noise.

We’re based in Nigeria, but we’re happy to collaborate across time zones as long as communication is honest and expectations are clear.

Current hiring status

We’re not hiring for every role yet, but we’re always open to meeting thoughtful builders — engineers, designers, support, and people who understand products and people.

If you don’t see a “perfect” role, it’s okay. Tell us how you think you can help DevPayr grow.

What it feels like to work with us

We can’t promise luxury offices or endless swag. What we can promise is respect for your time, your mind, and your life outside work.

💻

Remote-friendly work

Work from where you’re most productive. We care about your output and ownership, not where your chair is placed.

🧠

Deep work over busy work

We try to keep meetings light and focused. Most of your time should go into building, thinking, and improving the product — not fighting for calendar space.

🤝

Straightforward communication

We say things as they are — respectfully. No corporate phrases, no hidden politics. If something isn’t working, we talk about it.

📚

Room to learn & stretch

You’ll touch real problems: licensing, payments, security, client workflows. It’s not “make 20 landing pages”; it’s helping shape a real product.

⚖️

Respect for real life

We know life can be loud — family, health, personal goals. We try to plan work in a way that doesn’t crush everything else that matters to you.

🧩

Ownership, not just tasks

You won’t just “fix tickets”. You’ll own parts of the product and have a real say in how things are structured and shipped.

Think you’d be a good fit for DevPayr?

Share a bit about yourself, what you’ve built, and how you think you can help. Links to GitHub, live projects, designs, or writing are always welcome.

No perfect CV required. Just be honest, clear, and show your work.
